Renovation of industrial buildings

The production technology is developing rapidly and so does the demand for different production facilities.
We have an extensive experience in renovating the production facilities - complete renovation of old industrial buildings (roof, floor, walls, etc.) as well as the construction of new additions. In this way we achieve modern and contemporary production facilities, reconstructed according to the modern production cycle and meet all the requirements for heat saving.

Warehouses

In comparison to industrial premises, warehouses are usually not heated/ the temperature is lower than in industrial premises.
Structure is built on the basis of steal, reinforced concrete or even of glued wooden frame construction. Correctly calculated frames can create large space without using pillars in the middle.
Wall cladding can be sandwich panels, profiled metal sheets or wooden frame construction (filled with the heat isolation) covered with materials selected by clients.
For the roof we recommend sandwich panels or profiled metal sheets.

Industrial buildings

Industrial buildings are similar to the warehouse buildings, but the walls, roof and foundation thermal conductivity is quite another. The requirements for heat insulation, sound insulation and ventilation in production facilities are higher. Due to this, there is more insulation used in the outer structures, built-in heating, water supply, sewerage systems and the ventilation system, if needed, as well as other specifics that meet the requirements of each individual manufacturer.
